Great Experience - Treasurer ESN Turkey Employee Review

It was great pleasure to be part of Esn Turkey. I was General Secretary of Esn Turkey Bar. I was Conducting supportive activities and concept events to create awareness of bar. I enjoyed all the process of my experience a lot. I increased my communication skills by means of working at the Bar. Board Members were great. I still have great relationships with my ex colleagues.

Creating awareness was challenging in first 2 months but we got rid of this challenge by working in a great harmony with board members

Meeting new people, having connections all over the World, time management, gaining self confidence, improving language and communication skills, discovering new cultures, crisis management, making decisions properly and quickly

For students, studying and working at the same time in this network can be tiring but I strongly recommend to take role for self development.
