Took just under 3 MONTHS to get certification (still actually waiting for it in the mail) S4T is just a recruiting firm looking to take your money. (1) They don't service all districts in a county (2) They may send your paperwork to a county you don't live in and didn't apply for. (3) Send "read receipt" emails because they will conveniently lose them (5) If you call, schedule a at least 30 minutes to wait on hold. Then expect to be told that person is unavailable. (6) Complaints are not discussed via email, just phone conversations. Which would be fine if #5 wasn't true and if you could answer your phone while in class with students
