      Pros

      Lots of jobs available. Once I began working in certain schools and built relationships, I spent the majority of time in those locations. Flexible.

      Cons

      Not easy to get in contact with the recruiters. Application process was muddy and unclear. Took me longer to submit all the paperwork and receive answers from the company than it did to start working.

      Super flexible and easy-going job if you stay at the same place consistently

      Cons

      The pay is entirely dependent on the district so it may be subpar and the hours will be inconsistent just based on the nature of the job
