      Friendly atmosphere , nice working environment

      Cons

      Management all about saving every penny and will ignore any requests to speak to them with any issues until people eventually just leave

      Flexible hours and rotating workplaces

      Cons

      Corporate is lazy and underpays. They pretend they give benefits, but the benefits offered are prohibitively expensive for nigh nonexistent coverage. Hours are not gaurunteed. There are few to no restrictions on who is allowed to teach kids. During the "Interview" (there wasn't an interveiw) they just did an unpaid eight hour orientation training that they pretended was an interveiw so they could steal your fairly earned wages. I hate these guys.
