Good WLB but little incentive - Software Engineer ESTsoft Employee Review

- great operations manager - no pressure, no micromanagement - clean, straight, and highly professional treatment of employees - no internal drama, plenty of comradeship, safe and fun space to work

- low pay - a couple of coworkers act very anti-social and straight-up unfriendly at times. Perhaps shy, maybe awkward and avoidant of other cultures...? Either way, this should be addressed
