Poor Management: Management often fails to provide clear direction or support due to a lack of communication, creating a challenging work environment. No Growth: Team leads lack knowledge of new technologies, limiting growth opportunities within the company. The organization is slow to adopt new technologies, and the lack of technical knowledge among team leads means there's little scope to learn new things. Poor Work Culture: Additionally, the work culture is very poor; at times, the work pressure is so high that employees are forced to work extra hours at night.
