      No questions will be askee rather than Labour earning You are free to do anything No strict regulations/rules

      Cons

      Manpower shortage Lazy employees Unskilled technicians/tinkers/painters/supervisors - simply it is a pool of unskilled, naive people No increment/perks/respect for Senior employees Improper incentives which is very very low Superlacking management As a service advisor you would be working from 9AM to 7:30PM

      Pros

      Stability and recognition is one of the most reason that encouraged me to work for my current employee, in addition to that ,they high salary we got is also good reason for staying this great organization.

      Cons

      Some of the downsides of working at my current employer ETA is a delay in paying salary on time.This actually the only problem that most employee complain for. Management should get this problem resolved as soon as possible.
