      Met some really good co workers

      Cons

      Management doesn't have a clue but some how gets promoted. Management loves to harass workers. Stay away from this place. ETM culture is harassment style. They preach about respect but doesn't act no where near what they preach.

      small company that you can learn how the business work. many thing to be done to get it better than it is.

      Cons

      All small companies family owned have the same problems that they just think about money and don't invest in the company
