-lots of project, good learning opportunity

-too much pressure sometimes maybe

Some managers are good and supportive HR are friendly but seems like their hands are tied and cant do much. Salary always on time. Good location and office space.

The appraisal are always late, though we get it with arrears after few months Bias in yearly appraisal, some gets it twice a year as well while other gets once a year that too very low salary jump despite doing well. Many hard workers does not get appreciation, and there is bias.
