Pros
Learning a few new skills to add to a resume if you don't have much professional experience and the basics of a promotional company.
Cons
This company hires people and then treats them horribly. The CEO will jump to conclusions and bring entire teams in to the conference room to yell at them. He has an extremely short fuse. The management is chosen by how friendly they are to the CEO. This company will fire you if they don't like you, if you have children that get in the way of them wanting to make you stay for overtime or if you don't say yes to working overtime days and weekends. They have an extremely high turnover rate. There is a small handful of people that have been there long term, but there is mostly a 1 to 2 year limit. You cannot take a vacation from September through December, and time off is extremely hard to take. Taking anytime off is seen as a negative, even if it is for a major life event. The reviews, if they happen, are done very poorly. There is no career growth conversations or an explanation of how to grow within the team. They teach the basics to do your job and that is it. The management is not trained, the morale is low and the employees are constantly walking on egg shells. This company makes millions because of how hard their employees work, but the only ones being rewarded are sales and upper management. There is no respect for the other employees. The company simple does not care about its employees unless they are sales people or upper management. The health benefits are minimal and very expensive. There is no culture here, and I am sure the CEO would laugh if someone asked him about creating one for the company. The upper management, along with the CEO, have inappropriate conversations in front of other employees.
