None that I can think of.

Certified women owned business, makes giving back to the local community a priority, hands on training, opportunities for career development, encourages creative problem solving, consistently implementing innovative technology into the daily work flow.

Not everyone enjoys working for a family owned business, though I find that a plus as it’s a very close knit group of staff.
