Pros

A lot of good people within the organization, just not at the top.

Cons

This company is obsessed with being “award-worthy” and building a brand around its own hype — but behind the scenes, it’s a different story. The leadership team expects employees to feel grateful just to be there, as if association with their brand is compensation enough. Spoiler: it’s not. The benefits are performative — designed to polish the company’s image rather than improve employees’ lives. It’s all about what looks good from the outside, not what actually works. Burnout is brushed aside, and when you raise concerns, you're often met with defensiveness or silence, or worse, made fun of by the executives behind your back. The biggest issue? All but one of the owners have never worked anywhere else. The only one who has worked anywhere else is retiring soon. They see their way as the only way, and any new ideas are treated as threats rather than opportunities. It creates a closed loop of self-congratulation where growth, innovation, and employee wellbeing are stifled in favor of image. If you’re looking for a place that truly values people, listens, and evolves — keep looking. If you want to work like a dog and be told to smile about it for the company's Facebook and LinkedIn profiles, you’ll fit right in.

Pros

EV Constuction as a whole - they are great, attentive, and recognize their employees contributions. But they should seperate immediately the EV Group division.

Cons

Their sub-division: The EV Group. Tiny sub company that is considered a consultant firm, they recruit specific manufacturing positions for clients. This team is the most stuck up, entitled group of people I have ever worked with. They openingly mock the candidates they are trying to place, discuss candidates in weekly meetings and proceed to mock in front of the whole team. Training model for internal employees are a joke. They suck at management but then blame the employee for their failures. Complete misrepenstation of job you are hired in at. If you get an interview to work internally, I would recommmend recording your interview as they will feed you a bunch of lies.
