Pros

* Every tenth employee is a tuned-in, critical thinker, technically and/or business savvy types * Great long term growth potential in industry (but see below) * A lot of low hanging fruit for high quality hires * Flexible and unlimited PTO * Health insurance pretty good * Phone and internet stipend is nice perk Overall nice to work for a company that supports vehicle electrification when 27% of US CO2 emissions are from vehicle transportation

Cons

* Everyone in C-suite is first timer and it shows * Everyone I've met above director level is completely incompetent * Lots of politics, conflicts of interest, and nepotism sprinkled throughout, performance means nothing * Company is over focused on quantity of sites, completely disregards quality. * No integrity, transparency, or accountability anywhere in the org * Company is falling behind the industry because our leadership failures are showing * Budgets are getting slashed across the board * Just laid off 40+ people, from what I heard low severance pay * 401k match got revoked in 2023 * Barring an acquisition or major re-org, we're headed for certain bankruptcy inside of 4 years

Pros

The company objective is a good concept and hopefully has a good future outlook.

Cons

The company as a whole really does have good intentions with promoting the EV experience and enhancing that for the customer, and I applaud them for that. However--and this is a big one--the dynamic between teams within the company needs to be fixed, as it continues to be detrimental to the company's long term financial success. I worked there for 5+ years and consistently witnessed how poor communication among teams affected projects, inconsistent data was never addressed--especially by data team leadership, calling out CM--, and a "cart before the horse" mentality seemed to be the gold standard across teams.
