All employees are trained on the brand and every one in the company knows how we're different. EXOVATIONS is a great place for people who strive for excellence and celebrates their success along the way. The nature of the work can be stressful; however the company equips the team with the tools, processes and assistance that helps manage through most any situation. The culture is undergoing a shift from "we're a construction company, so you can expect _______," to no longer allowing our industry to influence the way people are treated or what they can expect to see or hear.
