Focus changes constantly and renders much of your work useless. If you have good ideas, they will be considered if you tell them to the right person and don’t expect credit for it. Tough to gain momentum as each person from management will tell you a different thing if they have the answer at all. If you need direction and can’t be 95% independent, this is not for you.
