Fun startup with good growth potential - Sales Agent EZ Tech Support Employee Review

The schedule is perfect, I get my 2 days off and always hit my commission mark.. Daily spiffs, monthly competitions, and the bonus structure makes my paychecks begged to be cashed.

No benefits, but it's a start company.. So when were at 40-60 employees we will have those for sure.

You'll be lucky to make minimum wage. The owner of the company is very unsure of himself and try's to distract you from that by (very poorly) creating hype. The service offering is inferior with a high price point. The advertising model is a pop up ad scam. You'll spend most of your day being screamed at and berated and the rest of it hearing from the boss about how people who complain about being mistreated and disrespected never succeed.
