Pros

Friendly team members and decent benefits

Cons

Lots of turnover and little desire to backfill positions. Instead, the theme is to move responsibilities onto employees that are still around, without any increase in pay. In my time at Eagle, I adopted the work of 3 other employees as they all quit, and didn't receive a single raise in the entire time (nearly 3 years) I was employed there.

Pros

Automation work at Eagle hasn't suffered the same ups-and-downs of the oil & gas industry like pumping or rig work. Eagle has spent a ton of time and money constantly training us in Safety, professional development relative to our craft, and also prepping us to one day become management. They've been regularly buying new gear and trucks to keep our fleet and equipment efficient and practical which is nice, and we have a really great personal use agreement for our company trucks. A bunch of my friends in the patch at big companies didn't get their raises or bonuses, but Eagle didn't forget about us here which was good for my family. Last year they took us to Rockies games and other events, and had a nice Christmas party with all our families. 401k match is really good, and they buy all my FR's and boots and gear every year

Cons

There are some growing pains as the company continues to hire and get more work and build up its admin personnel to catch up and support us. Insurance is expensive. We have outgrown our office.
