Cons
1-Flat organization operating under a CEO who is technically minded but struggles to execute strategy. 2- Management team consists mostly of technical personnel without the presence of management training/education or leadership. 3-Organization has developed a significant list of desired behaviours most of which are horribly convoluted and meaningless. The scribed leadership behaviours tend to conflict with one another rather than set the foundation for a positive culture. 4-The management system is a well designed piece of software but the implementation does not meet the intent of strategic alignment. The concept of strategic planning, collaboration and measured accountability has been lost.
