      there are no pros, no mileage, no salary, base pay is less then minimum wage, no benefits, this job is a disgrace.

      Cons

      used car salesmen are less sleazy then the ambush sales tactics that this company uses to harass customers, I couldn't stand for it any longer.

      Great way to learn some things that aren't taught in school Fun atmosphere, great people

      Cons

      Long Hours They really start pressuring you to get better or to leave if you are not performing No compensation for gas or travel which takes a lot out of your paycheck

      easiest interview of my life, you need no skills, education, morals...and these are cons too. This is not a real marketing job, young people beware. Older people, do not leave your jobs for this too good to be true place. I had a good job as a sales associate in college and left my job for this one because I thought it would be good experience for my career.. man I was wrong.
