They give u a lower salary than expected and no pay rise for two years. Doing uspto filing, handling Gov funding, preparing quotation in excel and doing some publication leaflets, drafting and replying emails, doing tons of docket ing record stuff and working from 9am to 6pm but the salary still low and no pay rise for long time
Sometimes you need to work overtime cos the management replies extremely late and one of the partner seldom go to the office and didn't check emails that you need to send private messages in whatsapp or wechat constantly for two or more consecutive days, for quite a lot of cases.
They do not quite know the work arrangement and sometimes ask you back about the labor division. When you don't know the division of work and ask them, they will said someone do this is fine. Then you need to negotiate internally with junior colleagues about the work arrangement.
