The people who work and eat there are nice, atmosphere and most management is good
Cons
There is one (newer) manager, he is NEVER on the same page. Went from bus boy to manager probably because he knows someone which could be the ONLY reason he’s a manger.
He is inconsistent, demeaning, spiteful, immature, hypocritical, lacks the ability to build an harmonious environment, disliked by every employee, unprofessional, singles you out, cuts hours and not respected by anyone. It is obvious to everyone when it’s manager does not like you. Instead of building you up he gets vengeful. I only stay because the other managers are good and I like the people who come to eat and others who work there. Just be ready to be mismanaged here.
It’s obvious he’s two faced or he would have been fired by now but you can only hide that for so long.
