      Pros

      You fall in love with those kids and treat them like your own. The owner is very sweet and works hard to accommodate her employees (i.e working around school schedule/vacation time)

      Cons

      There was a very high turnover rate when I worked there. Working at a daycare can be extremely stressful and tiring and the owners did not do a great job on recognizing their employees' hard work. Very easy to get burnt out quickly. Low pay as well.

      Pros

      It is a very welcoming environment to work in. They have a lot of fun events and show appreciation for the teachers. I’ve made some good friends while working here.

      Pros

      I've worked here for 2 years. They worked around my personal issues with my family and my education. They value my skills and education and I was able to work my way up within the company. This center, my management team, my coworkers, and my families have been my rock throughout the hell that I have been through these past couple of years.

      Distance from my home to work.
