      Great company discount (50%), pretty flexible with scheduling

      Cons

      Keyholders I feel are expected to perform tasks and duties well beyond the $9/hr. All employees MUST meet the sometimes ubsurd individual sales goals, or not receive hours, they encourage/push employees to get customers names almost immediately... The list goes on
