50% discount, friendly co-worker, great customers, good environment (some days), flexible work hours, good for anybody that has never had a job before
Cons
-pay -DM micromanaged -they never want to move anybody up in the company, or if they do, they make it difficult to move up -corporate doesn't appreciate anything you do -unrealistic sales goals -cheaply made products
