This company does very little to care about the environment, the real roots of spirituality, be considerate of closed practices or even care about its employees. It brands itself as a hippie free-spirited company but like many retail companies they just want the customer's money. They pay their employees very little and don't offer full-time aka benefits for anyone who isn't a manager. They are also severely overcharging on everything they sell and very very little of it is made ethically, if not at all. The store I worked at also refused to close during the height of the pandemic when many employees had covid, and lied about their cleaning habits. The store only swept once a day and required masks but didn't actually care about any customer wearing it as long as they looked like they were buying something.
