They overwork key holders and assistant managers and managers and don’t give anyone else hardly any hours. They only have to schedule you 1 hour a month for you to be considered an employee, and theyre only encouraged to schedule you for a 4 hour shift once a week. The pay is terrible, you will usually be working by yourself in unsafe environments, you’ll be expected to do the job of 4 people by yourself, updating the store, changing the displays, processing shipment, checking in shipment, organizing, back stocking, putting things on clearance, and checking people out, and greeting customers, and following up with them, all on your own. They will not promote you.
