Administration Needs Thinned Out - Lecturer East Tennessee State Employee Review

I developed an ulcer trying to improve the quality of the programs at ETSU. There are a large number of faculty and staff that do more harm than good to the university. Administration is bloated and overpaid, tenure is abused, and adjuncts are overused.
