Pros
1) The company is financially stable and you get your salaries and reimbursement paid on time. 2) The product line of the company has great market acceptance and has almost a monopolistic situation in the respective segment.
Cons
1) The organization does not function's like a company it function's like a shop. Also it is not at all company, it is a partnership concern. 2) All employees at what ever designation whether peon, clerks, executive or managers are treated at par as labors and liable to take only orders and obey them. 3) A great product line is being killed by the poor management and worst systems. They are still living in 70's and are pulling on with the primitive systems. 4) No growth, poor increments and long working hours. 5) No learning and no professional growth. 6) The management has the feudal mindset and they do not have any human values. Employees are compelled to work on the whims and fancies of the management.
