Too many non-stop unnecessary issues happened, but seniors not willing to help and think that the problems happen to you, then it is your problem which no matter who is right or wrong, the faults will always blamed on you 5. Less work life balance 9. lack of cooperation between internal department, which only say everything from them is urgent 10.
