Pros

Good learning opportunities and a chance to contribute and share ideas. You can gain useful experience if you are proactive and willing to learn.

Cons

Management is quite data-driven and prefers people who are hands-on, so expectations can be high. Work can get busy at times.

Pros

- Working hours follow retail operating hours, allowing for a later start compared to standard office jobs. - Salary is paid on time.

Cons

-The role may not be ideal for introverts, as it requires frequent communication with outlet staff and being proactive in interactions - Overtime work is often expected without overtime pay, due to ongoing tasks and paperwork that may need to be completed by the next day - Employees are expected to work independently most of the time. - The training system for new hires is not well-structured, which can make it difficult for newcomers to understand their responsibilities. - Senior staff/managers may struggle to guide employees who do not have prior experience in the visual merchandising field, resulting in limited mentorship and support
