Pros

- Depending on the product team you're on, schedules are not hectic at all. Haven't pulled an allnighter since I've been here. - Resources available to work - Work environment is nice. Nice people stays, odd people ends up leaving because they can fit. People trust and help out each other most of the time. - Diversity is relevant. People is welcome regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, political views or so. - Organization is quite flat, not really vertical. Decisions can be made by a product team with a lot of independence, opening spaces for innovation and suggestions from everyone. - On the verge of expansion and new goals as organization (bought by a huge venture fund). Expected to grow. - Most clients are abroad. You're expected to improve your English! - You are building relevant products, helping people out there. - Supplementary home-office (couple of days every week). - You can setup your dev environment as you want. - Ongoing projects on sustainability (company wants to get green). - Standard leave time each year (in Colombia that's 15 working days). Easy to negotiate additional days off. Each team organizes itself on times. No fixed schedule!

Cons

- QA personnel management can be better.

Pros

* You can learn a lot. * Options to growth. * Good working environment. * Remote work (will depend on your job role). * Balance between work and personal life. * Flexible working hours. * Courses at Coursera.

Cons

* Lack of talent management. * The career development depends on the employee initiative, there is no follow-up of the career plan on the part of the management area. * Poor HR department. * Lack of internal procedures and politics (maybe this can change with the Cyxtera acquisition). * Not competitive salaries (maybe this can change with the Cyxtera acquisition). * Overcrowded offices (maybe this can change with the Cyxtera acquisition).
