      Pros

      Everyone here is super welcoming and accomodating, and feel embedded in the culture immediately. Leaders and higher management are open to new ideas and supportive in your growth. We also get free coffee and breakfast daily, which is such a time and money saver, as well as free lunch on Fridays lol.

      Cons

      Due to the spike in our growth, developing processes & procedures to accomodate to the growth has been difficult, however, everyone is completely transparent with it and understanding of it all.

      Fast-paced environment with smart, driven people. There’s always something happening, which keeps the work interesting and creates plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. Compensation is also very competitive.

      Cons

      The pace can be demanding at times, and expectations are high. It may not be the right fit for someone looking for a more relaxed work environment.
