-Rewarding work -New facilities -Some friendly staff
Cons
-No team spirit encouraged by middle or upper management -No PTO until 3 months -No health insurance until 3 months -No holidays..... at all.... You must work all holidays or take leave without pay, use the PTO to receive pay. Holidays include religious holidays, too. -Unrealistic expectations with work hours. Expect to work more than 40 hours per week (skipping lunch, staying late, taking your work home) to get the job done. -Weird micromanaging from middle management, but also little to no management/direction for other needs. -Burnout rate is HIGH amongst all staff -Inappropriate facilities to conduct proper individual sessions.
