The people that work there are very stress free and know what they are doing you will learn a lot if you are new to the electronics industry. The work can be rewarding and the benefits are good.

If you work the floor in assembly or testing it can get very boring and momentous. But they rotate workers every few months to different areas in the line and they allow you to listen to music while you work.

The employees are very welcoming and happy to have new team members to work with. The industry is on the verge of major changes for the first time in 50 years, which should lead to many exciting opportunities.

The company is in the middle of major organizational changes. There has been high turnover in the management team and it feels that the management team is unsure of the direction they are going and who or what the need to move forward. There is some nepotism going on as of recent that is impacting the culture.
