      The only benefit is the salary

      We were treated like we were machines and not human beings and the worst of all even I was on my year to date target and a good performer I got fired without notice or a reason. Every day we were forced to work more than 8 hours otherwise they made you feel guilty for not working above the agreed hours. And of course these extra hours never paid.

      Majority of people are great

      Cons

      Allows racism and sexism on a daily basis. Some managers would refer to women as b****, say that Asians eat rats, and use the R-word constantly. I was made fun of because of my race on a daily basis, and heard managers use mocking racist accents all the time.
