Pros
Ability to make good money, owners typically know what they're doing, mid management is usually fun to be around because of their age, they give more than one chance, usually great food.
Cons
Mid management is usually very incompetent and likes to abuse power, VERY high drink prices which sometimes makes it difficult to appeal to college kids, very off and on when it comes to strictness.
