Good product but there is a lot of competition that have products that do the same thing. For the most part people are left alone and can do what they need to.
Cons
New CEO is totally inexperienced and is afraid to make decisions. He made people post positive reviews because an old employee wrote an average review, see the dates are all right after the post. Dropping sales.
