Pros
- Great pay - One day a week in the office but a lot of people do not go in at all - Great coworkers - Some sick days (10 if I remember correctly) ...other than that, I got nothing.
Cons
Oh, where to begin? - Managers are toxic, hostile and will lie to save themselves. Will insult you in meetings. - They have a technical guide on how to handle claims. Some managers stick to it like their jobs depend on it (which it does), others don't at all. So how you handle claims depends on your manager. - They have zero respect for vulnerable customers. - Your manager may dictate notes for your file.
