Disappointment in the end - Anonymous employee Eclipse Stores Employee Review

Lack of communication, actually no communication sometimes. There was an expectation that was not communicated. There was no commission but some of my co-workers would take sales way too seriously sometimes. I didn't feel appreciated in the end.
