      EcoFasten has a purpose in everything they do. With our purpose has come extreme growth opportunities in all business areas leading us to have best in class customer service, customer trainings, customer sales experience, innovation and product offerings, marketing expansions, low lead times, smooth operations, and much more. The EcoFasten mindset is "For Installers, By Installers" putting out customers first. Employees are treated well. Great benefits. Relaxed/casual work environment. Fun culture.

      Cons

      With so much growth and opportunity things move at a very fast pace and are constantly changing. Along with growth, expansion, and opportunity, communication can be lost and is something I would like to see improve.

      Pros

      Team both management and support are all in for the right reasons. We build partnerships with the solar installers that use EcoFasten Solar - we don't just sell aluminum. Freedom to be yourself and work your personal assets into your consultative sales methods. Get to put your "big boy" or "big girl" pants and drive the sales process.

      Cons

      Honestly I cannot think of any negatives with respect to working at EcoFasten Solar.

      Autonomy, lack of micromanagement, unlimited PTO

      Cons

      Terrible new CEO, lack of professionalism, blatant sexism from some employees. Favoritism.
