      Decent pay and fun job as a hotel mystery guest - not easily replicable as they are losing their biggest accounts

      Cons

      Constant changes to the compensation plan i.e. disallowing the first and last hour of commuting for the week, complicated food reimbursement, micromanaging hours to limit overtime. no real progression

      A job and make some money

      Cons

      Everything. You are on your own to sink or swim. If you have a family or a life outside of work you and kiss them goodbye because you will never see them again. You will drive 5 hour one way and work 9 hours in the hot sun with only a 30 minute lunch break and then drive 5 hours back home only to have to do it again the next day which is only a few more hours.
