      Good pay, good benefits and a good work environment Lot's of opportunities for advancement within Ecolab, or one of the many companies they own around the globe.

      Cons

      The bottom line can get in the way of servicing the customer in a responsible manner. Meaning that, some services may be rendered even though they're not needed or it's not the appropriate time for them.

      A job and make some money

      Cons

      Everything. You are on your own to sink or swim. If you have a family or a life outside of work you and kiss them goodbye because you will never see them again. You will drive 5 hour one way and work 9 hours in the hot sun with only a 30 minute lunch break and then drive 5 hours back home only to have to do it again the next day which is only a few more hours.
