Good Co-Working Experience and enviroment

Every employee is micro managed, they are not basing comissions out of what people bring to the table. They need to re structure their in house employee compensation since they pay them as they are abroad

You learn everything you should not do as a leader. You get experience on the daily struggles of a startup. You work with very diverse co-workers from all over Latin America, it's better if you also speak spanglish.

They do not have procedures or policies built for hiring, training, or dismissing employees. The Upper management does not understand or speak any english. They have a bad reputation of fraud within the affiliate/performance marketing industry. Their employee retention is non-existing.
