Pros
ECONET is the holdings and HR arm for a family of 5 privately held companies, Aloecorp, UNiGEN, Univera, Hilltop Gardens, and itself. I worked in the HR department. I have nothing but respect for the HR department. The benefits package was top notch while I worked there.
Cons
They tend to under pay their workers a bit. The company values and culture weren't always translated well to the newer employees. The older group, been with their companies 10+ years, walked and talked those values.
