Working at a small company means you may need to perform what would be multiple roles at larger companies. This can be an advantage and a disadvantage.

This company creates a positive and supportive work environment. The staff is friendly and provides a welcoming atmosphere, making it a pleasure to collaborate and communicate daily. Employees are encouraged maintaining a good work/life balance. Additionally, the company is remote work friendly, offering the flexibility to work from home.

From my experience, there have been no significant cons working with this company. The overall environment, opportunities, and work/life balance have all been highly satisfactory.
