Pros

Office in a good location Some great people and loads of intelligent minds

Cons

No diversity whatsoever - didn't ever see a single person of colour in any Head of.. or Director level in all of my years there. All of this despite having 'Diversity Champions' that will never ever let you forget that they are one. Will never forget when they launched Xeim, as this beacon of hope, only for there to be four middle-class white cis males heading things up. Archaic processes and ways of working (despite being experts in the latter) ZERO progression, unless you're in sales OR you're looking to leave. ZERO culture. Zilch. Salaries are pants. Way too reactive. Senior leadership are genuinely some of the worst around. I have so many first and second hand stories of specific members of senior leadership bullying, posturing and, worst of all, playing office politics (all at their big ages, and with supposed years of experience managing teams).

Pros

Had a brilliant startup culture and a great team. Growing fast, connected to the industry so great for contacts

Cons

Since becoming part of Centaur many of the good things ended. A money making machine with lower costs (i.e. lower pay) and a sales only culture.
