      Good place for work - Developer Ecrion Software Employee Review

      Pros

      Its a good place, there are lots to work on with good benefit. We get all the public holidays, many vacation days, lots of smaller benefit. The hours of day are flexible to work which helps me. I like the owners who have done good with the company over many years.

      Cons

      It is tough to park in the building. Or near to it. For the work, sometime it changes very fast from one project to another project and can be challenging to keep up.

      Pros

      The pay here is very good for me. They also have good healthcare. There is a 410k that I don't put money in but it is also very good from what people say. I like he environment, everyone is friendly for the most part and the boss treats people like real humans which is nice. Ive had some very bad bosses but he is a good one, he gives you extra time off if you need it for some reason and does stuff like that.

      Cons

      I want to make more money. I know alot of the people make alot of money here and I want to make more myself.
