Pros
Edcon was an incredibly dynamic business to work in. The hard work was well-balanced with the sense of community and common purpose.
Cons
The business went into crisis almost 12 years ago and hadn't fully recovered, despite all the efforts from local and international CEO's. Poor investment and management decisions crippled the business.
