Tons of opportunity for growth and learning. Great ethos in growing books of business through quality service and clientele, not quantity of transactions. Someone driven only by quotas will not fit in as the value of their business is long term driven and not based on short term individuals transactions and incentives. Like family, lots of hard work, but can really make impact as a contributing team member.

Not a place for individuals looking to just grow on their own and leave. Have had to pick up and clean up the work from those in the past who had that style. Small team, so have to do everything, but good holistic exposure for individuals who really want to learn.

Learned a lot. Will definitely have to return the favor for giving me a summer to experience what it is like as an insurance broker.
