I've had the pleasure of working at Edenred (Edenred Poland) for the past three years as a Content and now Communications Manager. The company's commitment to its core values creates a truly inspiring work environment where every employee feels valued and empowered. One of the standout aspects of Edenred is variety of interesting projects I get to work on. Each initiative is unique and challenges me to think creatively, communicate effectively and drive us forward. This diversity keeps my role fresh and allows me to continuously develop my skills in new areas. The support from leadership is exceptional. My director are not only approachable but also invested in my growth by providing guidance when needed and encourage me to take ownership and to propose new idea - out of the box. Some of them we test, what boosted my confidence and professionals skills. What is also extremely important that is company truly dedicated to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) issues demonstrating authentic engagement through meaningful actions and initiatives. The company culture is inclusive, collaborative, and focused on both personal and professional growth. We have a culture of mutual respect and teamwork, making Edenred Poland place where I genuinely enjoy coming to work each day. Overall, Edenred is an ideal workplace for anyone looking to be part of dynamic, forward-thinking international company that truly invests in its employees and share best practices among countries which is highly inspiring. I am grateful to be a part of this team and look forward to many more years of growth and achievements together with our Team.

Cons

Maybe there could be stronger emphasis on providing opportunities for select personalized training tailored to their growth. But the answer for that can be mentoring program which is currently developing in Edenred.

Pros

Good benefits. Laid back atmosphere. Fast paced. Great work life balance. You get to challenge yourself on a daily basis that allows you to feel a sense of accomplishment.

Cons

Management Culture: The organization suffers from a lack of accountability at the upper management level. There is a frequent "finger-pointing" culture rather than a focus on collaborative problem-solving. Operational Disorganization: Internal workflows and processes are highly disorganized, leading to unnecessary friction in daily tasks. Communication Barriers: Significant language and communication barriers across global teams often stall progress on critical initiatives. Recruitment Transparency: The most disappointing aspect was the lack of honesty during the hiring process. The actual requirements and expectations of the role differed significantly from what was presented during interviews, particularly regarding flexibility and location. Technical Debt: The company struggles with significant operational inefficiencies and a lack of investment in modernizing its internal processes, which makes it difficult for high-level professionals to execute effectively.
