      Pros

      Can’t think of any off the top of my head. Dread going in everyday. Constant COVID outbreaks since they require all employees to be in locations. San Leandro branch closed AGAIN for two weeks because of an outbreak.

      Cons

      If you're not on the board, related to the board, or sucking up to someone on the board expect to get nothing from these people. Constantly forced to work through lunches, work off the clock because of workload. Company is currently getting sued for this btw. Newest members to the board are to entitled rich kids who can’t do their own job let alone run a company. The good people are leaving, won’t be much left once they all leave.

      Edges Electrical is a very welcoming environment with great management and friendly people.

      My position can be a little lonely at times. I don't get to talk to my other coworkers very often.
